Location is good. The room is ok if you need a place to rest for a short stay.
Negatives:
Overall maintenance and care is lacking.
There is no proper breakfast. They give you to go bags with a cereal bar and a muffin.
The fitness center is not maintained. 2 old thread mills and 1 bike; no water in the water gallon and tv was not working.
Strong smell of marijuana outside and around the hotel.

Everything was wonderful. I had requested a first floor room away from noise and they put me at the end of the hall on the first floor. i was able to park right outside the door to bring in my things. the reception staff person was wonderful. This particular Red Roof Inn seemed to be a grade or two up from most of the others where I have stayed, which have all be great but this one was exceptional.
Negatives:
I like Red Roof Inns because they have laminate floors and I am allergic to dust and I worry about my pet having an accident on carpet. This one was stylishly done with a combination of laminate and carpet so, for me, I would have preferred not to have the carpet. But it looked very nice and I did not have any problem with my allergies nor did my service dog have any issues, so it turned out just fine.
