This hotel, in a high-rise building overlooking the Niagara River, features a year-round indoor pool and fitness center. We recently stayed at your hotel in a room that included a voucher for breakfast (2 adults + 2 children). When we went to the restaurant in the morning, we asked the waitress what was included in the voucher. She told us that only the Add-on items were free and that the main breakfast dishes were not included. As a result, we ended up paying around $30 for breakfast, even though our room rate (approximately $232 per night) clearly stated that breakfast was included. We believe we were misinformed by the waitress and unfairly charged.
Additionally, our stay was negatively affected by noise. There was constant yelling and running in the corridor until 2:00 AM, likely due to a wedding taking place that night. The next morning, the elevator was sticky and wet with spilled drinks, and the hallways were dirty.
We were disappointed by this experience, especially given the price and expectations of comfort and service.

The hotel had very good staff. The location was not too far from Niagara Park, but not too close either, it was a 10 minute walk. The hotel did not have any special facilities considering the price. For example, there was no breakfast or an elevator was broken and did not work at all. The bedrooms were very small.
Negatives:
It was very frustrating to wait so long for the elevator to arrive. The rooms were very small. The soundproofing in the room was very thin and the noise from the adjacent room could be heard easily. If there was a wedding or party, the pool was completely closed.

We came to this hotel a few years ago for dinner. It was our anniversary. My husband and I fell in love with the hotel. We always said we would come back to stay. And here we are. We were so impressed by everyone and everything at this location. We have names this our official hotel.

Elevator was broken. Room wasn't very clean. Shower leaked. Shower gel was empty. Toilet paper holder was loose, roll would fall off onto the wet floor. Doorknob was falling off the bathroom door. Headboard was loose/noisy. No continental breakfast. No smart tv. Etc.....
