For starters the bathroom was so not clean and they only left 1 washcloth then in the room was sandflies so this is not a place I would recommend for a stay

Positives:
We stayed in a room that had direct access to the pool area and games. This was convenient and especially nice for a family
Negatives:
Not particularly everything was fine. An option for breakfast would have been nice but it?s understood there was a private event going on for Mother?s Day and they made sure guests had some complimentary options for a light breakfast at least.

Too far away from any stores and a bit sketchy at night. Price for one night was very inflated due to the eclipse hype. The place was not full and we paid over $---for a room that typically goes for $---.

We arrived at 12am and the lobby was so loud with people talking I could barely hear the person checking me in. In our room there was gum on a cabinet and in the shower it looked like poop was wiped on the wall and ceiling. This place is gross

This hotel was extremely noisy. The walls must be paper thin. We also had a room where the heater was not working. The room was freezing. Parking and pet fees are expensive as well. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had in our lives.
