Positives:
The room was spacious well equipped. The location was near the falls, we could easy walk there.
Negatives:
We could hear every time the closing doors from people going in or out. Cleaning staff was also very loud with banging doors. We couldn't relax/nap in the afternoon because of the cleaning staff . When we informed the reception about this problem, the reply was. The staff has to clean the rooms because we were fully booked yesterday and our doors close a bit hard. The view from the window was against a wall. Not so nice.

The first room we got seemed great but when we were ready to go to sleep my husband noticed that the sheets were changed but the mattress wasn't and whatever was on it soaked through the sheets. But the staff switched our rooms IMMEDIATELY and put the other room out of service so other guest couldn't stay in their (that is a plus, because some other hotels won't do that). Speaking on the other room, it was cozy. Breakfast is always great at the Hampton Inn. Gym is small but great equipment (try the bike). Clean warm pool. On site guest laundry a bonus. My husband LOVES their dark roast coffee.

The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, comfortable bed, the complimentary coffee and cookies were a nice touch. The breakfast in the morning had a nice selection and was refilled as needed. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

We enjoyed using the pool. The breakfast was filling and convenient as well as a great value.
Negatives:
It would have been nice to have a hot tub in the pool area if adults want to keep warm and relax while kids swim. Also, putting a clock on the wall in the pool area would help guests to know when it’s almost time to close the pool without having to repeatedly get out of the pool to check a watch or phone.
