Very nice hotel and walking distance to the Falls. Front desk was very helpful and polite. I requested towels and received them in a timely manner.
Negatives:
My room could have been cleaned better. I had Lysol spray and disinfectant wipes and cleaned myself. The floor didn't look as clean as it could have. Especially in the bathroom.

From the first day things were bad, I made a reservation for two rooms and they only had one room registered, I printed the reservations and showed them that I had made the reservation for two rooms, after several minutes of waiting the man who told me He answered that it smelled strongly of alcohol and gave me the keys to the second room. One of the rooms had toilet paper and garbage scattered near the furniture, we were so tired that we only decided to clean the room ourselves so we could get some sleep. All the facilities, the carpets, the elevators are full of dirt, stained and have a bad smell. It's the first hyatt we've been to and it's in that condition, it's not worth paying so much money for that place.

My reservation initially was for two queen beds. Once we checked in, the guy at the counter said that he didn't have any queen beds available. He only had a king and a sofa bed, so We took it. We ended up with a sofa bed it was so uncomfortable that we folded back and used the sofa for bed.

This place was very nice and an easy 5 min walk to the falls. Watching the fireworks on the 6th floor was great. Overall it was a nice stay for the 2 nights we were there.

We wished they would have had a better coffee maker in the room. Also a microwave would have been nice in the room.

Breakfast was not good. Was charged $11 per adult for breakfast which i thought was included with the stay. Food should have been better for the price we payed to stay. NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN!
