The desk clerk , he was so awesome , he went above and beyond to take care of us , he even went out to get our license plate for me , he let us park in the handicap to avoid the parking garage, he is very kind , now the morning desk clerk was so busy on her phone texting she couldn’t even hear me calling her , i needed to ask her about breakfast, she was lazy
But over all I’ll highly recommend this hotel , was so close to Niagara Falls, walking distance across the street literally

The staff were helpful and kind. The room was clean. They had a few carts available for loading luggage and they offered parking validation so we didn’t have to pay.
Negatives:
The area feels sketchy and parking in the garage felt like a risk but ended up being fine. The room felt a little smaller than expected. There was no microwave in the room- must have missed that when booking.
