About This Property
This hotel, in a high-rise building overlooking the Niagara River, features a year-round indoor pool and fitness center. Relax by the river in our outdoor seating and/or enjoy our fire pit , you may request employee to operate between 6 & 8 . The Falls are 4.6 miles/7.4 K away. $10 daily parking fee applies. Guests of the Niagara Riverside Resort; BW Premier Collection will find a flat-screen cable TV, mini-refrigerator and a coffee/tea maker in all guest rooms. Daily housekeeping on request, see desk. Free WiFi is offered. A $100 security deposit will be held per room to allow guest to use our full service restaurant & bar; available breakfast, lunch, and dinner and on site mini store. These items may be paid directly or billed to your room or paid to cashier.

Thr staff was very friendly! The price for a Jacuzzi room is excellent! And you get a kitchenette. Will definitely be coming back.

The only thing was the mattress was really hard, possibly a bit old. Other than that, great price for a hotel!

Positives:
Checked in early, got a free upgrade with river view for no extra cost as the room I booked was not ready but got us in a very nice room with a great view.
This is the only hotel I stay in when I come over for weekends or nights, I come over during football season as I’m a season ticket holder and it’s always a great stay

Not sure if there’s anything more they could do better there staff is beyond amazing with anything and everything

we did have an issue in our room with thye heater not working so we were a bit cold however Antoine bought extra blankets to help. all the staff were helpful.

nothing. we are easy going people ,breakfast was complementery due to the no heat which was perfect in the morning. The pool was a little cloudy and could have had a few pucks /treatment put in

Positives:
This Hotel was a perfect location. As someone coming from Ontario it's just 7-10 mins after the border. Close to all the things we came to se and do. The staff at this location was exceptionally pleasant. Always smiling and friendly to me and my family especially my children. The pool room with all the other games was a great way to keep my kids entertained while at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again and am planning a return in June. Highly reccomend.
Negatives:
The only thing I would have to say is the mattress were not the greatest but sleeping wasn't a problem. Maybe I'm just used to a stiffer mattress.

I liked that it was close to Niagara Falls. I liked the pool area with beautiful windows and fun games like connect four and bean toss. I liked there was a refrigerator in the room.

I didn’t like the comfort of the bed. I didnt Like the bathroom and shower was so small we had to change separately. Also the sink was small to do my hair.

The service at the restaurant was terrible .. I was with my child with special needs and the waitress was so rude, I asked kindly for a simple milk in the morning , and she refused , she said there
is no milk in the hotel but it made no sense .. I begged her, explained my situation, she was impolite and I contacted the manager to fix it. He helped us , my daughter and me.
