Spacious room and great location — just a short walk to the main attractions!They serve a typical American breakfast with eggs, sausages, and toast.

The elevator was a bit dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned regularly.

Positives:
This hotel was probably in its heyday a pretty spectacular place. The decor harkens back to a more flamboyant time, and shows a lot more character than any other hotel in the area. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had many options and was the usual so-so hotel fare.
Negatives:
It's apparent that the goal now is to convert this hotel to a condo building. How else to explain the worn and stained carpets, peeling paint, and way over worn-down furniture. This place could be so much more with not too much work. It's definitely NOT worth the high price.

Positives:
The property was wonderful and the location was walking distance to the falls. The top floor was a viewing deck with views of the falls and the city. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and the bathroom was enormous.

We loved the funky decor. The staff were very friendly. There are lots of cozy nooks to sit and read or relax, a cute little bar area and rooftop lounge where you can see Niagra Falls. Normal hotel breakfast.
