Although the room was nice I was told they do not book the chenango residents I live in otsego county so a little bit of a rough time,was not told where to find my room, a can of soda is $3.00 way over priced and I had no Hot water. Would still recommend

The location was great, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see how nice it was on the inside. Expect to get breakfast elsewhere.

Location decent. Good beds. The room was freshly painted.
Negatives:
Disappointed with the the breakfast included ad which was misleading. If you ask the front desk they give you a small juice, one small energy bar, one small muffin and a small cut fruit per person which is what they offer as breakfast and they also need you to fill a paper to get this, which was like a joke. The tap in the washroom sink was not working, since we came late didnt bother to get it fixed. There was noise outside after mid night.

Pool was closed. No restaurant, or lounge. TV in the room was not programed yet. Room was decent, and renovations look good. No ice machine.
