Great staff, everyone was very kind and helpful when needed.
Negatives:
The beds are made without fitted mattress sheets, mine was remade three times with just a top sheet draped over that constantly pulled up and made sleeping uncomfortable. The walls are essentially paper - sound traveled very easily from rooms across the hall, people doing mundane things like brushing their teeth became loud annoyances for me trying to sleep.
Then the last night, the hotel decided to host someone’s party which involved loud music all evening and an influx of about a hundred people. I was forced to park at the end of the lot, couldn’t sleep, got up early for my flight and found one of the party guests had hit my car’s rear bumper and wrecked the paintwork.
This place is essentially a jumped up truck stop motel.

The decor was very different from others we stayed at on our trip. It was loft-style, more trendy and had kind of a hipster vibe. The staff were AMAZING! They really made us feel at home hotel employees at the restaurant!

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room amenities and sheets/bed were high quality. The furnishings all had a very artistic design. The bathroom is was very nice with a large shower and separate bathroom toile area that felt higher-end. We had breakfast downstairs in the restaurant pub and the French toast was out of this world. The hotel was dog-friendly

The location of the hotel was difficult to get to as we tried to do a u-turn to get to the hotel, but found ourselves back on the highway. The elevator was extremely slow. Basic tasks such as turning on lights in the room was difficult as a card key needed to be inserted into a slot by the door to do so. Outlets for our phones were few and far between. The bathroom had a sliding door and it sometimes clashed with a glass door separating the toilet. The trash was only in the toilet room. The booking.com description mentioned "Fold-up bed" and "3-person max", but there was no bed. We assumed its was a pullout couch. That assumption was wrong and we had a bellhop bring a cot.
