Property was nice had a good design.
Negatives:
Parking in this location is kind of bad if you actually have luggage to carry and theres only one entrance. I had a problem with the heater and was told to wait until the next morning and come down to see if they had more rooms then. This was right after the snowstorms so you can imagine it wasn’t exactly the best night. In the morning a more helpful member of the staff switched us over to a double. Which wasn’t ideal since this was a short couples trip but it at least had heat. We were given slight relief with complementary breakfast after moving all of our stuff to the new room. Based on my first night this review should be a 1/10 but your morning staff really did their best to pick up the slack which I appreciate. My fiancé however is still upset. Also some of the fixtures in the room are extremely dusty (antique looking lamps especially)
