Negatives: Staff red head girl very rude

Negatives: Water in bathtub wouldn’t go down. Bathroom floor is disgustingly dirty. Coffee maker still had old moldy coffee pod in it.And I tried to call front desk but continued busy. Price not bad for what you don’t receive.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Dirty room, light didn't work, sticky floor in bathroom, dirty wall, toilet was wobbly, dirt and hair on floor behind bathroom door, dirt spot on bed spread, dry spill marks on microwave and my grandson found piece of a joint in drawer. Requested a refund, said ok. Waiting now to see the money go back to my account.

Negatives: No soap, no in room cups for our morning coffee, and the TV didn’t work. The juices with breakfast were not drinkable

Negatives: The property is filthy, such an old and humid smell once you open the room door . I only booked this place because i was on a long road trip and needed to catch a few zzz’s before continuing my long drive . As im asleep i was bitten not once not twice but over 12 times from MULTIPLE BED BUGS 0/10 would never recommend

Negatives: As I stated earlier, we did not stay either night we had reserved! The hotel smelled with cigarettes and had furniture that was falling apart. The bathroom had brown stains. It was a horrible place.

Negatives: Hole in wall with tape over it. Stains on chair. No comforters on beds. Pillows were terrible. Toilet was so short it belongs in an Elementary school. Shower dripping from faucet. Bed bugs.

Negatives: The photos are nothing like the actual rooms. The room we walked into I genuinely thought was someone else’s and they gave us the wrong room. The coffee table was dirty with white paper plate like paper stuck to the top and was crooked in the center of the room. The stains… oh gosh the stains on the rug, the couch looked like a murder scene. We checked the bed for bedbugs and noticed blood-like stains on the corner of mattress. I don’t even want to know what the rest of the mattress looked like… there was dog hair throughout the entire room and we found pieces of dog kibble on the floor. Bugs on the walls and the bathroom door would not shut. We checked in at 3:00, changed for the wedding we had to attend and then checked out immediately. The discomfort in my gut that I felt when walking into that room told me not to “suck it up and stay”. We tried speaking to someone at the front desk, when we walked in the lobby a woman was sitting in the chair and rolled her eyes when we walked in. She then exclaimed that every time she sits down someone walks in or the phone rings and that she’s tired. She did nothing to help our situation but said she would speak to a manger. We ended up eating the $135 for the room and never heard anything else.
