The room would have been nice if I didn't injure myself due to the broken door I was trying to force open. as a result of the injury, I wasn't able to sleep at all, much less enjoy the pool, the facilites or the free breakfast.
Negatives:
I asked for a 2 bedroom sweet and they gave us a one bedroom sweet. I was traveling with my elderly parents and they didn't offer any support with our bags. After luggging all of our bags into the suite I realize that it is a one bedroom sweet with only one bed even though there were 3 of us!! Then I had to get different rooms and pack all of our luggage back into the car to drive to the other side of the hotel and once again unpack all of our lugagge, while I am also 51 years old with an artificial hip and arthritis and carpal tunnel in my right wrist. Again, they wouldn't help us at all. Then when we got into our rooms that were joined with a door, that door was completely stuck. I walked around to help my parents open the door and locked myself out of my room because the door was really broken. After using all of my strength to try to open it, I injured my wrist so bad that I couldn't sleep all night and suffered some of the worst nerve pain I have ever had - that went all the way from my shoulder area down my arm and into my right hand. At 6am I finally had to take hard pain killers to try to sleep but then missed breakfast, didn't get to use the pool or facilities and felt horrible and in pain for several days. Also, I purchased two rooms with two queen beds but received full beds instead. My parents also didn't get any sleep because they are not small people and had little room in their small bed.
