Room was so poor. No carpet at all. Problem is when people walk in up floor. Thats was so annoying

Stuff is not friendly, we had 3 rooms. Inside room there is no carpet. From up floor always hearing sound when they walk. Night time couldn't sleep for those people. Window has nothing mosquito shed, we found 5 bugs in side room. I had better stay couple of motel than La quinta.

The room had dirty towels when we checked in. The Dish service for the TV didn't work properly and the staff was not helpful. The hotel is kind of rundown. Breakfast was not up to par.

It appeared as one of the few hotels with last minute availability on the night I need a room.
Negatives:
Cockroaches - I took photos and videos of three that were crawling on the walls, ceiling, and curtains when I arrived. It was too late and I was too tired to try to find another hotel. Both beds had visible craters across the center/middle of the mattresses and were very uncomfortable. The sheets were the cheapest, thinnest cotton I have ever seen, and they did not even have mattress protectors on the bed. (Thank God I did not I repeat NOT, see any bedbugs or I would have left.) The bathroom "fan"/light was unbearably loud. The surfaces in the room appeared to be physically clean; however, it was just so banged up and worn and dilapidated that they need to take the time and money to completely refurbish this very old hotel.
