EDIT : Still no news from the hotel. They think this is ok, and won't respond to our claim. This is not understandable.
Broke heater for the whole night, it was freezing cold about 16 degrees in the room, they changed our room from 7am to 9am, so we could sleep 2h. For 130$ that's the most expensive nap of my life.
When we came to the reception at 7am, they told us it was an error and we never should have his room and they will contact us for commercial gesture. Nothing. I strongly not recommend this place.
The bed are ok but the covers are not enough for the weather here... Especially with such poor insolation from the outside weather and broken heaters.
