Positives:
The beds were very comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The entire hotel was very clean. Conveniently located next to a gas station and several fast food places and a Dunkin. Only a few minutes from downtown. They also had a great breakfast with variety and healthy options.

Didn't like the fact that my door lock mechanism malfunction during my stay resulting in staff having to change the batteries every 6hrs.

Location. Potsdam is a small town, this hotel was one of the better ones
Negatives:
Dogs are allowed in the property. All I could see were guests with their animals on the furniture. When cleaning, the furniture needs to be disinfected. Its disgusting.
