Rooms were clean but very outdated, some closet doors were broken and not fixed, walls were repainted with different color, hallways smelled very weird, although the reception area looked very pretty and updated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not worth $10

The room was spotlessly clean. The mattress had a thick mattress top which I found too soft. Some people might prefer it. The staff was accommodating. The one thing I would change is that I would include the breakfast. It was not worth $10 per person additional.

The staff were exceptional, very courteous, and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. I've been to other hotels with names that carry a lot of weight and yet the Holiday inn was one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel.

Honestly there really wasn't anything that I did not like. Perhaps the only thing that I didn't like was the cost of the chips and sodas and whatnot as soon as you walk in next to the check-in desk Little pricey however I can understand and have no complaints really
