Positives:
I love the free breakfast in the morning the coffee was fresh hot but you should have had bacon and Waffles
Negatives:
The mattress the mattress is soft the side in the middle. Shower head a leak from the ceiling that leaked water and Plastering sheetrock onto the bottom of the shower stall we had to switch rooms because we thought the ceiling was going to collapse on us. That was a major inconvenience

Loved having a kitchen to make my own meals because of my restricted diet. Very clean room. Very friendly staff. Good location. Good value. Free bottled water on arrival. Clean lobby and eating area. Had a basketball half court, putting green and a grill for lodgers use.
Negatives:
Breakfast was just okay. Enjoyed the fruit salad, but the eggs, potatoes and meat seemed to be from frozen, and they tasted like it. But, breakfast was included in the price of room, so you can't be too picky.

We loved how spacious the room was. Excellent water pressure. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. We actually would have loved to stay another night but have to get home.
Negatives:
There wasn't really anything wrong with the hotel just had to cut my breakfast short because another guests child sneezed right near an open lid of food.

Perfect for a family stay
Positives:
Arrived after a two-week vacation staying at BnBs and Inns, so it felt great to be in a spacious hotel with a laundry and amenities. The Wednesday social was perfect since we needed some light food after driving and before doing laundry. The front desk staff were great, very friendly. Room was clean, quiet, had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and staff there were very good at cleaning and replenishing.
Negatives:
Nothing I can think of. It's a brand we like and know what to expect, and sometimes it is good to be in a familiar hotel when traveling for a while.

Rooms were super clean, premises were great. My 8-year old son loved the basketball area and my 4 and 2 year old other kids loved the mini golf!

Breakfast was not as great as I would expect based on every other amenities.
I wish we have received an email saying that the pool was not functional. We wouldn’t have canceled but it would have avoided our kids to be sad about it.

Breakfast was terrific. I've never seen pork carnitas with all the taco fixings at a complimentary breakfast buffet before, but it was a pleasant surprise. Would've been nice if it went a little later.
Negatives:
Everything about the room and common amenities was beautiful, but the furniture was simply not comfortable. The bed was sub-par and difficult to get a good night's sleep on. The couch was not very comfortable to sit on.
