Negatives: everything

Negatives: I didn't even make it to my room as upon arrival, the room wasn't ready. There were several guests waiting in the lobby due to this same reason. And the lobby was not cozy/comfortable. There was a plexi-glass up to the reception desk, the couch sunk to the floor, and it was evident that this property houses lower income and troubled locals. The name of the hotel, specifically "plaza" does not depict the quality of the property an out of towner would be receptive to stay at. As a family, with a child, the conditions of the property, including the local guests allowed to stay, was not conducive for a family, based on these initial observations. And the price quoted did not match the overall quality.

Negatives: There’s no breakfast

Negatives: I didn't like there was two separate times that there was fires and the first was right outside our room in the stairwell

Negatives: I booked the room with safe box, coffee maker and breakfast, it is written in the booking. Nothing was true. They don't want to give me the manager name or the telephone to settle a complaint. I feel completely cheated. I asked for a refund, at least fot the non breakfast, and they blaim Booking.com for publishing it

Negatives: no one at front desk

Negatives: Dirty and rooms are in desperate need of updates. Toilet did not work, rooms smelled like cigarettes, sheets were stained. There were splattered things on walls. When I arrived lobby smelled like weed and front desk was not there and there were 4 other people ahead of me waiting to check in. They are not customer service friendly. I only had to stay one night to sleep so I really didn’t stay in room only to sleep and shower. I checked In around 3pm and as soon as I saw my room I left to go about my business but before I got back I went to a family dollar nearby and bought Lysol disinfecting spray and wipes, air freshener, towels and a 5 dollar throw, Never leave any of your belongings in your room. Hotel is in an alley and very sketchy people around it. There was a night club around the corner. Hotel has parking but only enough for like 6 vehicles in very tight spot.
