Positives: First, we were stranded at the LaGuardia Airport and needed an emergency stay. The hotel is conveniently located & literally walking distance to the airport. We booked this room around 4am after being at the airport nearly 20+ hours & 3pm was our check in. Stanley at the front desk was amazing. He noticed we were really tired & frustrated from our fiasco at the airport. He went above & beyond and helped us get an early check-in. Room was comfy and spacious. They have a amazing restaurant and bar on the property which was perfect because we had no vehicle to get around due to our situation. They also have a shuttle service to and from the airport which starts at 4:30am which was also a plus because we had a 6am flight.
Negatives: Not enough lighting in the room.
