What kind of legitimate hotel has a no cancellation policy? Every hotel I’ve ever been to in my life let’s you cancel for free all the way until 24-48 hours from the reservation. They don’t charge you until you leave. This place sneaks in that there are zero refunds and charge you immediately. Sham.
I tried to cancel less than 24 hours after booking, **6 days** before the reservation. Nope, full price. Do not give this place your business.
Possibly the worst meal I’ve had at a hotel. Service people were indifferent and though it’s not meant to be fine dining… this was not even a “fair at best” dining experience.

Fine hotel by the airport. Nothing else to write home about.
Okay... first off, I was probably a little grumpy upon our arrival. Spent the day traveling back to the states and took public transit from EWR to the closest subway in Queens to LGA. Our Uber dropped us off in the "front." The front is not the main entrance. take the driveway all the way down and to the "back" of the building closest to the freeway. There is a circular building on the property- that is NOT part of Aloft... keep on walking... No problems checking in. Room seemed a bit worn- carpet had seen better days. No ledge or soap dish in the shower. AC worked fine. Room was quiet. Location could not be better. Ate at the in-house bistro. Food was good. Staff was friendly. Got a drink from the bar- the bartender is a keeper! In the morning, we took airport shuttle to LGA. Driver was great.

There was a weird noise all night long coming from outside the room.
Overall it was a good...
The only thing i enjoyed was the privacy. Otherwise there wasn't much.
The room was ok, average. Nothing really special I expected more for the price that I paid. Staff would not come to the room and assist you have to leave and go down to front desk for anything that you might request. Very cheap with necessities. I forgot toothpaste and asked for some down at the front desk and received a tube the size of a quarter, literally!

It was close to the airport.
Hotel is weathered. Fire alarm went off throughout the entire property at 6:30 AM. Room was cramped, bathroom door did not shut.
bed sheets and pillow cases had stains, towels although smelled clean had stains. did not notice them until the morning.
The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.
When entering the room I noticed a strong musty smell. The A/C is so noisy that you think you’re already mid-flight. The walls are very thin that you hear everything around you. I did not sleep well at all.
Not worth the high price....
