It was large and centrally located. Free parking and entry/exit was nice. My kids enjoyed the pool

We found 2 cockroaches in our room when we arrived and were moved to a different level/side of the hotel, we only were there 1 night and decided to just stay to avoid the headache of finding something else.Front desk put our CC on someone else's account.

Room: door didnt work,uncomfortable old pillows, very poor lighting, staff didnt care. Bathroom: dirt came out when turning on the bath water, the water drained VERY slowly, missing towels Dont go to restaurant!! Service takes an hour+

During our recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Rochester in Rochester, NY, US, we were disappointed to find that the swimming pool was closed. This closure was particularly disappointing for us as it was the main reason for booking our stay.

The restaurant & waitresses were understaffed. It took more than 45 minutes to get our order plus the waitress didn't refill our beverages. We did it ourselves.Food items were cold. Also, we did not have enough towels upon arrival & following days.
