Nothing at all, the hotel needs to be renovated under new management or shut down

Upgrade that hotel and your employees to dress code. The appearance of the inside is horrible and pictures are deceiving when someone is booking online. You don't get what you see

When I arrive it took 20 mins b4 someone checked me in, the hotel is filthy. I did not stay there.

Only 1 set of towels for 2 people. No Kleenex or waste basket. Hard to operate lock and door, damaged at sometime before. Bathroom damaged before and not repaired correctly. Front door to lobby was wide open and no one at front desk. Did not feel safe.
Positives:
The room was dirty and roach infested. The first room they put my mother, the door did not lock. There was no professionalism with people at the front desk.
