Great staff very helpful. Room was good. Comfy beds and a great shower. Enjoyed our stay but felt very warm
Negatives:
The owners seem to be letting the maintenance slide. Air con broken for 4 days. Pool closed and looked like it had been for some time. Only 1 elevator working for 200+ rooms.
Despite all these issues they still took the full amount for my booking. Not fair in my opinion.

The room was clean and spacious. The location was good.

The lobby and elevators and halls were not particularly nice and seemed old and rundown. Fortunately the rooms were much nicer than the rest of the building.

The staff profiled my disabled son again but this time I wasn’t there to speak up for him. He checked in and was kicked out 5 hours later being accused of smoking in the room.
