The need to pay a $15/ night parking fee for an open parking lot outside a suburban motel. Hallway carpets needed cleaning badly. Every other day maid service given the price. Asked for more tissue when they ran out and was told none available. Seems like something that should always be available.

The Staff at the reception desk and the complimentary breakfast were the best part of my stay at this Hotel.

Room provisions were sparse. I small - unwrapped - bar of soap at sink. (Difficult to discern if it had been left by prior guest or was fresh.) Empty hair conditioner bottle in shower stall. One paper cup near coffee pot.
The upholstered couch in the room looked dirty and stained. ???
Charging extra for parking is just wrong. The parking lot was huge. The rates are as well.
Seriously, I am a Hilton Honors Member and always choose Hilton properties when I travel.
This location was disappointing.
