Positives: • 2nd room we were moved to very nice, clean and spacious. Good size mini frig; even without a freezer, kept our block of ice solid. Nice, comfortable pillows, bed linens & towels. Superb bath products supplied • April 7th breakfast much better & more delicious than day before during our 2-night stay - consisted of scrambled eggs, pork sausage patties, home fries cooked to perfection - browned on outside & soft inside. • Shout out to maintenance guy on duty April 6th. Super friendly & engaging. Came through breakfast area and said a hearty "Good morning" to us & asked how we were, stopped to talk. Most friendly & outgoing on staff

Negatives: • Originally checked into 1st floor room with king bed. Happy with room . . .until moments later ants appeared on rug by bed. Pulled out nightstand from wall to find food crumbs from previous guest(s). Went to Front Desk and Larkin, clerk on duty, was very nice & apologetic, explaining it's common occurrence this time of yr on 1st floor. Housekeeping should be more conscientious abt vacuuming under everything on 1st fl. Larkin offered to switch rooms but no kings available till next day. She came by with vacuum cleaner & took care of it. Because it was late she offered to arrange to have Maintenance come next day to spray. Ended up switching room later on in evening to fl 3 with 2 queen beds when more ants appeared • April 6th breakfast - chicken sausage patties were served & were TERRIBLE. Dried out, rubbery, couldn't cut with knife; unpalatable. Photo attached. However, omelet & home fries were delicious
