We needed an earlier check in and they charged us 29.00 and then gave us a room that was not selected at booking. Didn?t get towels til after 9pm closet door broke remained open sink and shower slow

Clean, lovely king room with extra space and furniture, very kind and helpful staff. Big grand common area and breakfast room. Breakfast was consistent with other Hamptons- good for hotel breakfast.
Negatives:
It's a bit off the beaten track, and Google maps has some very odd ways of getting someone there. But I'd stay again for sure.

About scheduling housekeeping to come into the room to clean unfortunately I did it a few times and they never showed up had to continuously go to the front desk

Positives:
I felt unsafe. The cleaning person walked in on me in my room. On the same day a another customer tried to enter ny room. I feel that should have gotten a complentary stay & not soda & candy. I felt very anxious & had to have a family stay with me.
