Negatives: We needed an earlier check in and they charged us 29.00 and then gave us a room that was not selected at booking. Didn?t get towels til after 9pm closet door broke remained open sink and shower slow

Positives: Clean, lovely king room with extra space and furniture, very kind and helpful staff. Big grand common area and breakfast room. Breakfast was consistent with other Hamptons- good for hotel breakfast.
Negatives: It's a bit off the beaten track, and Google maps has some very odd ways of getting someone there. But I'd stay again for sure.

Positives: I felt unsafe. The cleaning person walked in on me in my room. On the same day a another customer tried to enter ny room. I feel that should have gotten a complentary stay & not soda & candy. I felt very anxious & had to have a family stay with me.
