not sufficient things such as towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, soap dispensers were not full
The largest issue we had was the cleanliness, this was not good. The tub was not cleaned, grout, mold on the shelves & caulking, & floors were not clean, the halls & elevators had not been getting cleaned, there was a spill in the elevator I notified staff & 24 hours later it was still there dried up & the elevators were very dirty, laundry room was dirty, Rugs in hall not vaccumed, there were 2 floors where ceiling tiles had fallen from leaks & they were left not cleaned over 1 day, hall trash with pizza boxes not emptied. It was very disappointing stay so due to the cleanliness issues I most likely would not stay there again
