Positives:
Breakfast was very good, had a variety of items and area was clean
Bedding was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very hospitable. The lobby decor was beautiful with a western theme and the breakfast area was decorated with beautiful carousel horses
Negatives:
Room had very little storage and my shower shower had black mold in certain spots
My room backed up to the highway so it was noisy
Also there was no safe in the room

Positives:
We have stayed in lots of suite-style hotels over the years and this was up there with one of our favourites. It was clean and tidy with staff constantly cleaning the communal areas. The breakfast was the best we have had and the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive to the food area. The room was a fantastic size for a family of five. A big thumbs up from us.

Beds were very comfortable. Room was spacious.
Negatives:
Room did not have a full size/floor length mirror. No bath mat and had to ask for extra towels as there were not enough for the number of people we had booked the room for. The sleep sofa needed a thicker blanket. The room smelled musty.

The AC was extremely loud. We needed to turn it off at night, which is ok for March but probably not in summer. The carpet hasn’t seen a vacuum cleaner for a while, we’ve seen a lot of dirt on it.

Positives:
Our room on the ground floor was quite spacious and comfortable, larger than the usual hotel room. The hotel was easily accessible from the highway and for us a good location for visiting family on Staten Island. Lorenzo's restaurant, in the next door sister hotel, was excellent.
Negatives:
There was a bit of outside traffic noise, since we were on the side of the hotel next to the highway, but it really wasn't that bad at all.

Positives:
Clean, lovely king room with extra space and furniture, very kind and helpful staff. Big grand common area and breakfast room. Breakfast was consistent with other Hamptons- good for hotel breakfast.
Negatives:
It's a bit off the beaten track, and Google maps has some very odd ways of getting someone there. But I'd stay again for sure.
