We were okay with the room and breakfast

We did not like the staff behaviour at the reception desk, not welcoming at all, rude behaviour with no information provided, no breakfast coupon given and huge time staff took to check in.
We booked for 1 room with 2 queen beds but we were not allocated for the same. Staff was not attentive and not ready to listen what we asked or trying to communicate for. And we were not informed that we are allocated to 1 room with 1 beed only. When we checked the room we got to know and when pointed out by going back to reception desk and requested for what we booked for she denied (one of the staff) very rudely for the same and not ready to listen even.
Also, hotel management and staff was not able to control their guests who were partying and talking loudly and running around here and there. It was mid night and still no peace of mind to take a good sleep and we were the tourist and were very tired and wanted to rest for the night. Staff could not bothered about other guests staying at hotel

My room was connected to another, and the other guest's snoring kept me up all night. Additionally, the pillows were too soft and uncomfortable, making it feel like I was sleeping without any pillows at all. Overall, the experience was not comfortable.

The lobby and bathrooms were dirty in the morning, beer cans all over from the night before, no one cleaned. The manager was walking around at 6 am and talking to guests…. He walked right by puddles of spilled beer from the night before and the cans. The place was pretty gross. No coffee available at 6 am… we were told there “might be some out by 8 am”… lots of little things that will make us choose a different location to stay at next year (this was our second year staying at your hotel with a group of 20 people.
