this is out 5th time staying at this property so convenient to the highway we travel to NYC Brooklyn and New Jersey, and it is a quick shot to all of these locations / The staff is the friendliest from the front desk to bartenders to servers and cleaning people all have a smile and something kind to say. The rooms are immaculate

I Had to wait for front desk to stop answering phones to get checked in. Suggest back up answering system so they can greet guest and check them in.
Parking, many events going on the weekend we stayed hard to park. Suggest holding an area of parking for hotel guest only.
Breakfast was expensive for what was offered and the coffee horrible.
Hotel Managers need to be cautious of conversations and talking about their employees work ethics in front of guest.

The room wasn't as clean as our last stay and we were across the hall from a group of guest having alot of other guest visiting them. Knocked on our door accidentally a couple of times. Very loud talking and banging of door opening and closing. Parking was difficult and a great distance away from the hotel entrance.
