The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.the beds were great. The Location is great for catching the train to the city. The room could use a few updates. There is no microwave. But there is one in the lobby. It would be nice to have another chair in the room other than just one desk chair. also the refrigerator froze all our drinks. I could not find a way to adjust the temp. And the coffee in the lobby was always old and never hot. I don’t think anyone pays attention to it. And the food prices at the restaurant are way expensive. A little more affordable would be great. However the hotel is great and the price for the rooms is very affordable. We will be going back for our trip to nyc for Christmas.

The room could use some updates and added amenities. A microwave. Another chair. A way to adjust the temp on the fridge. The coffee in the lobby should be fresh and hot.

Staff was not helpful. We called and couldn't get our tv to work and they said I'm sorry. We have problems sometimes... we also had a nonfunctional phone and had to call in with cell phones to talk to front desk and when we told them they never attempted to repair it. Also charged us a different price than our invoice and we had to call several times to get it corrected
