The beds are terrible. My college dorm had more comfortable mattress than what you offer. Your restaurant is over priced for the food options and quality.

Rooms were not ready and they had people waiting 45 minutes to an hour for a room and the bathroom shower needscan upgrade and they charge to much for those rooms some of them isn't worth it

Waiting due them been short staffed people had to wait 45 minutes or longer for a room shower needs an upgrade and no microwave in room I've been to cheaper hotels and even they've microwaves

There was a dirty sock in the room left from the previous guest. There is a 10 dollar parking charge on top of hotel price. The Starbucks they offer in the lobby is not free. No complimentary breakfast. It seems that everything is extra cost.
