Positives:
I liked that it offered a handful of amenities such as a pool, restaurant, breakfast, etc. I liked how close it is to town.
Negatives:
I think the only thing I didnt really enjoy was that the layout of the hotel is pretty perplexing. Lots of stairwells and long hallways. If you are hancapped or have difficulty walking, I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

Booked the mansion king suite but was told upon arrival there was no available rooms and the pictures online do not display the correct room. Was given an inferior room at the same cost. Feel deceived by the images and descriptions listed online.

Always excellent customer service - Francisco is exceptional and always welcoming. Love the location and accommodations...always recommend to friends and family.

Cellar 49 should not have closed....it was a great.onsite cozy and casual place to have a quick bite and drinks. Goosefeathers is ok not sure why you can't have both.

They have “hidden fees”. When we got there we were told we had to pay an additional $20 fee per day as a “Resort fee”. That everyone paid. Except we didn’t know about.

Positives:
Very interesting and historic property, and my room was very accessible for someone who needs a cane for mobility.
Negatives:
The handicapped accessible shower had a hand-held shower head that was placed so high up on the wall that it could not be reached, even by an extremely tall person. Totally inaccessible, and necessary for someone who needs to sit in a shower. I told this to the management, but I’m not sure it was noted.
Hotels should consult with actual handicapped, or older, people when installing bathroom fixtures.

The walls in my room were very thin. I could hear the people next door and they were talking at normal levels. In addition, the shower faucet leaked in the bathroom.

The furniture in the room was dated and not cleaned. The bathroom was not functional, leaking ceiling and no hot water in the shower. I would not recommend this place to a friend or business associate.
