Positives: It was an amazing experience to the city I grew up in, Utica. We loved crossing the street to Delmonicos/ everything was clean. My only note would be that the bedding was hard to get organized, but overall a perfect ten in upstate New York. Very nice personnel too, and charging for e cars like ours!
