Positives:
Flawless. Perfect experience. comfortable, clean. The suite was worth it and included a fridge and sofa. The staff is friendly and quick, there were even complimentary green apples and cookies upon checking in. The nearby restaurant named Babe's has delicious food, we got takeout and took to the room late at night.
Negatives:
There was bus full of young (sports team) players on a sports team staying the night, so it was not peaceful at midnight, the staff and chaperones did eventually get them settled in but next time will request a quiet room. I'm wondering if I had requested this when I arrived, if Hotel would have separated us from the rooms sectioned off for the large group to avoid potential sleep issues.
There is a $25.00 charge at check-in for incidentals, and the clerk states is returned in a few days after checking out. I cannot confirm this part is automatic yet. We really loved our stay.
