The staff was friendly; but I felt that they could have been more attentive; the girls were talking with each other when we came in. But the lady did come to make sure the new card she gave us worked. (The first time we tried to get in our room, the card didn’t work!)

sheets were deplorably dirty (hairs and dirt). bathroom was not clean (dried urine at base of toilet). and I've now come home with what look like bed bug bites.
the sign where housekeeping asks for tips in each room is ironic. I've never seen that anywhere before, and certainly not in a hotel where it looks like housekeeping whispers the word "clean" and then leaves the room without doing anything else.

The only good thing about the room was the water pressure in the shower.
Negatives:
If I could give zero stars I would. The room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was still dirty, mirror on the wall above sink was dirty, around the mirror and the sink had not been cleaned. The blankets for the beds had gross stains all over them. Ac unit was broke and blowing hot air all day and night. Overall the room was disgusting and the beds were uncomfortable. If we had any other place to go we would have left. Housekeeping was asked to come back in and clean what was still dirty and they refused. Quite honestly I wouldn't bring my dog here.
