The place was clean but if you walk through the hotel you can see that they are not putting money back into the hotel the heater in our room did not work after the first night they said they would move us but i said just give us a space heater they did one of the windows in the hallway was falling a part the ceiling in the pool area was coming down. this was our 4th time in 6 years staying there don't know if I would go back BREAKFAST IS OK, OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF JUST REPAIR THE PLACE

The place was clean but if you walk through the hotel you can see that they are not putting money back into the hotel the heater in our room did not work after the first night they said they would move us but i said just give us a space heater they did one of the windows in the hallway was falling a part the ceiling in the pool area was coming down. this was our 4th time in 6 years staying there don't know if I would go back BREAKFAST IS OK, OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF JUST REPAIR THE PLACE

Solid staff. John was great in particular. Friendly and professional. Great location super close to Turning Stone and they have the best free shuttle service which is beyond helpful and easy to use. Microwave and fridge in the room was wonderful. Friendly maid service.
Negatives:
The place itself is nice and clean but slightly worn down in places. There was a black office chair in my room that was very gross and torn up in spots. It should have been thrown away long ago, not left in the room where I was charged $220 for a single night. Breakfast was ok, but fairly limited in offerings. Nonetheless they do try and its not bad.
