Staff quick polite and efficient. Room spacious comfy and clean for the most part would advise checking behind doors and under cabinets as I found used towel behind bathroom door and trash still in one of the bins. Within walking distance of shopping and food establishments.

The room was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. A major plus was the complimentary coffee available in the lobby. The location was PERFECT and just a short drive away from various restaurants, local supermarkets, as well as Binghamton University. Although the hotel's check-out time differed from what was presented on Booking.com, the staff was not only understanding, but also very accommodating to all of our needs. We would definitely come back and stay here again!
