Negatives: breakfast/ coffee was empty at 8:30 , i told the employee , he took it and never refilled it ! (we were there for 15 mins and he never brought it back . one kind of yogurt , and only apples- i understand the kitchen facilities weren’t in use yet and this was a temporary set up/ but i think those are simple requests the room was really nice and updated except…my side of the bed had no light nor outlet…so my phone was on the floor - strange considering it was recently renovated

Negatives: The property is under renovation so breakfast is a very temporary set up and very limited in selection. The sleeper sofa in our room had no bed linens on it nor were there any in the room. We had to go back down to reception to get them. We stayed for 2 nights and our room was never cleaned. There was nothing in the room to say that the rooms were not cleaned daily. No creamer was stocked with the coffee supplies either. When paying over $225 per night these were things that should have been taken care of

Negatives: People upstairs sounded as if they were bowling till 12 am, bathrooms have black mold, pool has been under construction since September, beds are very very very hard.

Negatives: Was not aware that the hotel was under construction prior to checking in

Negatives: Needs updates done. Furniture very worn and very uncomfortable. Bed was a bit hard. Could use more blankets on bed. One of the blankets used was actually a mattress cover! Strange!

Negatives: Had to go outside in freezing temperatures and strong winds to get to Breakfast or the front desk.

Negatives: Breakfast choices. Would have liked a few more choices, like waffles and more yogurt varieties

Negatives: They could improve the cleanliness of the hotel

Negatives: Room was not ready, missing towels, laundry bag, hotel room door was open- you can see it was likely broken into before and someone tried fixing. Sink leaked dirty water from brushing teeth leaked to floor to your feet. We used all of the towels to clean up water. Room was never made between nights, we had to ask for more towels and remind front desk of the leaking sink water. After 2 nights, they fixed sink an hour before we checked out. Tv didn’t work, had to type in 10-1 to see menu and then type in number off menu… frankly I will never stay here again. Would not recommend you to stay either unless heavily discounted. I was shocked how poorly it was, I had high hopes but decided AIRBNB or stay at TRU across the street to the many future trips to the area. If the customer service was better I wouldn’t be as disappointed but the attitude seem to mirror the room conditions. Almost checked out but didn’t want to travel 40 mins each way to Binghamton.
