Between Thursday, Jun 12th, 2025 at midnight and Friday, Jun 13th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Jun 13th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 13, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: We needed a hotel for 1 night after a wedding, it was great. We didn?t need anything fancy or expensive just somewhere clean to sleep. Had the basic necessities, a bed and bathroom. Would stay here again!

Negatives: Our room was on 1st floor and someone was running/ jumping in room above us until 1AM. I called Front desk . It started again at 6AM. Very little sleep. Device in breakfast area undercooked the waffles - raw in center. Paid top price for this room!
