Some previous guest obviously was smoking in the bathroom of our room .
Reported it to front desk . ( nothing done about it). I’m not the type to take it out in the desk clerk but was very disappointed that nothing was done .
Obvious in walking down the upstairs hallway people are smoking in their rooms and more then just cigarettes.

Outstanding breakfast offering and dining area. Friendly, efficient, quick preparation and serving staff.
Negatives:
The room was not clean, nor stocked with customary and expected items. Room was not attended to at all during our stay. Even the hallway areas and elevator loading area was not clean. Building not new, but maintenance was not up to Best Western standards.

1.Noise condition: There is no soundproofing between rooms, so you can hear all conversations. 2. Poor cleaning condition. It looks clean at first glance, but you can see a lot of dust accumulating over the years on the lampshades and corners of furnitur

BW didn’t have my confirmed reservation through Booking.com. Didn’t have a room attached to my paid and confirmed reservation. Booking.com tells me the error belongs to Best Western and I may not get my money refunded!
