Positives:
Staffs were nice and it's a pet friendly hotel.
Negatives:
Hygiene and cleanliness were non-existent. There are red stains that look like blood on the carpet, and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for ages. There's trash behind the TV cabinet. Dust everywhere. The wallpaper is peeling off, the bathtub isn't draining properly, and the shower head is clogged. The new "fresh" is folded towels has huge visible stains on them. The room smells funky too. We tried not to think too much if they clean the bedsheets and pillows. Never open the sheet, ever. The horrid list goes on.

Positives:
The staff were all extremely pleasant and friendly. Very helpful.
Negatives:
Paint was peeling, mold in bathroom, rust, floors were sticky, some lights didn?t work, window was cracked.

It was fairly quiet for the most part and a decent location close to everything. Convenient parking.
Negatives:
Dirty and old alarm went off two nights in a row. Once for two times and once it was three times. I’m guessing it’s the emergency exit on the side that the guy at the front desk told me I could also use to take my dog out. I’m assuming that was the alarm and people shouldn’t have been using it. All of the vending machines and the ice machine were all out of order
After being in our room for a few hours, we couldn’t get back in and our keys didn’t work. We had to go get new ones.

The tv remote did not work, and when I went into the bathroom, the carpet was separated and it punctured my foot on a carpet staple.

Continental breakfast was advertised, but only coffee was available along with a dozen mini muffins.

The staff was very helpful in accommodating our requests.
Negatives:
The room was a little beat up: broken bathroom door, peeling wallpaper, carpet stains. But it was cheap and convenient and available during the eclipse, so we were satisfied.

Positives:
The best thing about the place is the staff. They were friendly and exceptionally attentive to any needs or problems. The room, bathroom, and common areas were all tidy and clean. The location provides easy access to some good restaurants.
Negatives:
The building itself has seen better days and our room had no refrigerator, which was not a surprise since none was listed in the room amenities.

It was the worst kept hotel I have ever stayed in. It smelled heater didn’t work and missing the cover, terrible paint and chalking job. Vending machines haven’t worked since 2022. The bath tub had a hole in it !!!!

First day, they did not have butter and jam for the breakfast bread. They had to go out to buy it. The last night, they had a false fire alarm. And they did it 6 times. We could not sleep at all.
