How small the beds were even in the executive suite. Had to get around 12 different key cards for my room. Everytime id go back to my room my key card never worked!!

The restaurant was great for breakfast and the beds were very comfortable.
Negatives:
The room smelled like smoke and was very dim lighting. The dryers in the laundry room took several cycles to dry a small load of laundry.

The room stated that this double room slept up to three. Did not state that the main bed would be a double, and a small double at that. My husband and I could not comfortably fit in the bed together, let alone sleep through the night. Ended up having to tell my son he could not stay with us and had to get a rollaway bed. It was not the weekend we intended on having, very disappointing. The person at the counter had absolutely no blanks to give about our situation. It was ridiculous too, because the room was not a small room. I didnt even stop to think the bed would be a double, because I have never come across a bed any smaller than a queen, unless staying in a youth hostile. Felt like a complete ripoff. Very disappointed.

Shoebox of a bed, it is not meant to sleep more than one person comfortably.

The staff were wonderful and accommodating. The location near RIT is perfect.
Negatives:
The room is very, very clean, but it is beginning to show its age and its a bit dated. I stayed on the 4th floor. I understand that the 5th floor is renovated. I feel that all of the rooms could use a renovation. Also, this was not a problem for me, but breakfast is not included. Just an FYI for other travelers.

Location was convenient to RIT and room and facilities were clean. French toast at Petals was great.
Negatives:
Staff was subpar, cold, and poorly trained in hospitality. The staff in Petals was probably THE worst I've encountered anywhere. It was overall a disappointment and I would never stay there again. It appeared every staff member hated their job and where they were at.
