Luxury hotel in the heart...
Negatives:
Booked 2 rooms for 1 night to attend a wedding at the hotel, spent over $1000. One room was ready on time. Did not receive keys for the second room until 11:30 PM! Front desk staff were completely unhelpful. 4 of us had to get ready in one room. Zero compensation offered. We were told that they couldn’t so anything for us because we booked through a third party. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

We were traveling with a baby and were provided with extra space and a comfortable crib. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the room was spatious and convenient. We enjoyed the pool, gym, and in-room dining. Valet parking was hassle-free.

This is my first experience in a "high end" property (and I have been to Mexico, Jamacia, Dominican Rep part of the Excellence collection, Puerto Rico in the last 12 months, ALL provided with bath robes - The Opus did not!
