Bed was comfy, jacuzzi in room was great since it was freezing cold outside

Resort is dated, rooms, washroom need a refresh: Paint, carpet, doors etc...
Upon arrival and late into the night water and coffee were available for us however the coffee is horrible (I know a thing or two about coffee).
Next morning breakfast was ridiculously slow since it was prepared piece-meal (have to wait in line at the window to place the order).
