Didn't stay. Man at the desk said he couldn't give me the room and that my booking would be refunded

The room was never refunded. The Guy at desk lied and clearly still either used or rerented it out to someone else after he refused me. If he'd refunded me like he said I wouldn't be asked to do a review of my stay smh that I never stayed. So there's that
