Can't get a invoice through booking.com nor the hotel either. Hotel said they would email an invoice for the one night I booked directly with them. It was incorrect & a good explanation wasn't given why I was given It incorrectly. Two staff members said that they would email me a corrected invoice & didn't. booking.com passes you around to the hotel & blames your bank & also gives an incorrect amount on invoice. Tje customer service is applauling. I choose another hotel tonight because of this. It is not good for business people who need accurate itemized billing for expenses.

They did not entertain my booking and I was stuck in the car at the last moment without any accommodation. I was not even informed of the same beforehand that they would not entertain my booking.

We were given a no smoking room that smelled so much of smoke it gave us both irritated throats and sinuses. The Gallons of air freshener used to cover up the smell were equally bad.

The breakfast was a bag breakfast. When I went to get one they ran out. So, breakfast was not included for me. Coffee was in the lobby. No milk or half and half, just powdered creamer. It was awful. I went out for breakfast.
Also, the internet had no password. It was open. That's not secure. There were no light switches near the bed. The over the bed light was too bright.

Bed was. Comfortable mattresses appeared to be new room was clean but older I would only recommend if you need a pit stop like we did. Not someplace I would stay for an extended period of time location was close to highway - not for family vacation
