They did not entertain my booking and I was stuck in the car at the last moment without any accommodation. I was not even informed of the same beforehand that they would not entertain my booking.

Bed was. Comfortable mattresses appeared to be new room was clean but older I would only recommend if you need a pit stop like we did. Not someplace I would stay for an extended period of time location was close to highway - not for family vacation

It was a pet friendly hotel that seemed geared towards pets. The price of the hotel was very appealing as well. The staff at this hotel were very helpful when I had a personal emergency.

The room was very minimal. The bed was not that comfortable and the bedding was thin. There was some confusion about temperature control in the room.

Security bolt broken on door. Phone broken. Hair in bathtub. Location of hotel required a left turn onto a 4 lane highway to get back onto 90. Nearly impossible

I checked in about 8:45 p.m. the young lady at the desk was friendly and welcoming. Also the outside grounds were very clean. No trash laying around on the ground

The first room they gave me was disgusting. Rugs hadn't been vacuumed in awhile, visible trash, Bed linens stained and stale smell on sheets. Mattress cover had a huge stain on it. BEDBUG. Just one but one too many. Second room met my expectations kinda.

This is not a hotel, it's a motel. There was no refrigerator in the room, the towels were stained and the bathroom was filthy. The woman who checked us in was lovely.

Very noisy bathroom fan. Key cards didnt work the second night but were cheerfully fixed by front desk staff.
