The facility was dirty with over flowing garbage cans in public places. The room was set up very awkwardly with no dresser. There was a cabinet with metal basket drawers that I would not consider an appropriate place for clothing. This was the most uncomfortable Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The room price was high and I expected better value.

My interactions with the front desk staff are always great. Travis is one of them, and he is exceptional. He is very patient and pleasant and makes you feel welcome at all times. Other staff I dealt with on the trip were also great.
